Missed/Late Appointment Policy
When we reserve time for you, we require all of that time to provide you with the best quality care possible. When you are late it decreases our ability to accomplish this. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled in order to meet the needs of those who are on time for their pre-reserved visit. If this happens it will be considered a missed appointment. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If 2 appointments are missed or canceled within the 24 hour window, future appointments will be on a walk-in basis only.
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
