Therefore, we provide several different payment options to our patients.
Private Insurance:
Co-payment is required at the time of service
We accept Cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express
Extended payments are available upon special request.
All major treatment will require an appropriate down payment.
Medicaid:
Zero co-payment
What if I can't Make my Appointment?

Please consider your scheduled appointment carefully as we set aside this time for your dental care. We ask for 24-hour notice of cancellation.
Your account will be charged $50.00 if we do not receive your cancellation. This cannot be charged to your insurance company.
If you repeatedly miss scheduled appointments, you will be asked to give a credit card number to reserve your appointment.

What are my Insurance Options?

As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly submit your insurance claim to help you obtain the maximum benefit from your insurance provider. Your estimated portion not covered by insurance is due on the day of your dental services. Our estimate is given based on the information given to us by your insurance carrier. However, we may need to send you a statement when the estimate differs from the actual reimbursement.

Our policy is to submit all insurance claims electronically on a daily basis. You need to know how your dental plan is designed including its limitations and deductibles so that you can be prepared to pay your share on the day services are rendered. We will be happy to assist you in obtaining maximum benefits.
Most insurance companies take two to four weeks to process and return payment. If a credit balance results on your account, a refund will be sent to you.
